A day in Flensburg

Yesterday my family and I went to Flensburg in Germany. We shopped a little bit and I found a few cute things. At dinner time we found a restaurant on our way home. It was such a nice restaurant and we had a blast. It is very long time ago since we all have done something together so it was a wonderful day. Then we got home and my sister and I watched 'Waitress' - cute movie if you havent seen it.

I took a few pictures though out the day with my phone, so that explains the bad quality. I hope you enjoy it anyway.

On the picture with the minty pants and the white tee, I only got the tee. I dont think i'm brave enough to wear such pants yet. We'll see ;-)

The Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty

Hey beauties! 
Sorry for lacking on posts lately.
I found this fun little tag on youtube and wanted to do it. 




1. GREED: What is your most inexpensive beauty item? 

What is your most expensive?
My most inexpensive product have to be a NYC Lipgloss to 1 dollar.
My most expensive product is my NARS Blush Bronzer and Highlighter Trio (Orgasm, Laguna, Albatros) I LOVE IT! (It was a gift, does it still count?)


2. WRATH: What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? 
What product has been the hardest to get?
I have a love/hate relationship to my creme blushes. Sometimes they are the prettiest thing ever and somtimes they look awefull on my if my skin is dry and flaky. 
My Urban Decay NAKED palette has been the hardest thing to find. Really. It was sick how much I've tried to find. It took me 10 months to find. Unbelievable!


3. GLUTTONY: What are your most delicious beauty products?
My most delicious product would be my sugar mint lipscrub from Lush! It tastes SO good! I want to eat all of it everytime I use it. Haha!  


4. SLOTH: What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness?
My facemasks. I don't feel like I have the time to put on a mask and relax for 20 minutes. I should but I don't.


5. PRIDE: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?
My concealer - it dosent matter which one it is, as long as it can cover my undereye circles i'm glad!


6. LUST: What make-up makes you feel more attractive?
Lipgloss, lipstick or perfume. I love the fact that my lips looks good and that I smell good. Or maybe even bodylotion - I love then my skin feels smooth and soft. 


7. ENVY: What product do you see other gurus/bloggers rave about that you wish you had?
I would love to own the NAKED 2 Palette - it has that nicest colours and is from Urban Decay. Or maybe the Laura Mercier Tinted Mositurizer with spf, it should have amazing coverage and feel light on the skin, I would love to try it!

I need to remeber this, myself. You are beautiful without all of this, don't ever forget that.
To forget that, is in my in mind the biggest sin of all.

New Beauty Tricks

I found a few new beauty tricks, that I wanna share with you.

 Mix lemon with warm(or cold) water!

Here are three reasons why you should pair hot water with lemons: 
It’s a natural energizer! It hydrates and oxygenates the body so it feels revitalized and refreshed. It’s cleansing. According to NaturalNews.com, the citric acid in lemons helps maximize enzyme function, which stimulates the liver and aids in detoxification. 
It aids in digestion. Not only will this killer combination relive indigestion, it will also help flush you out.

Match your lip(or nail) colour with a clothing/ item! 

(great for the cold winter months!)

So no matter what shades are in your scarf, use them for makeup inspiration to create a beautifully harmonious allover look. Obviously, blues, greens, purples, blacks, greys, golds, silvers and browns from your scarf can be matched with eye shadow or eye liner, while pinks, reds and oranges are best matched with lip colors. 

And of course, yellows or any neons should probably only be matched with your nail color!

Home made face mist!

Save your small spray bottles! You can use it for this homemade facemist with peppermint tea. All you do is to steep (what is the right word??) until the tea is "ready" and poor it in to your small spray bottle and put it in your frigde. 

Spray your face when you have done your makeup - it will help shrink your poors! SO nice! ( I can do a DIY with this, if you want?)

NEW YEAR(beauty) RESOLUTIONS

The new year is on its way, and as a tradition I have to have some resolutions for the new year.

It is always easier to do something like that, when you are doing it with someone, so let's do it together!

Here are some of the ones I came up with:

• Wash and cleanse my skin from make-up every night before bead.
• BE HAPPY AND THANKFUL FOR EVERY SINGLE DAY I HAVE!
• Find my signature sent.
• Use at least 2 differnt products up before buying anything new.(I have too much make-up)
• Try my best, to be the best person I can.
• Exfoliate 2 times a week.
• Drink more water - 2 liters pr. day is my goal!
• Get my beauty sleep - 8 hours or more!
• Use a facemask once a week.
• Be happy about the fact that my body works and not complain about how I look(or at least do something about it then...).
